Biography:

Dr. Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from Florida International University. Stemming from his passion in cinema, he also obtained a certificate in film studies from the same school. Immediately after that, he obtained a master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in South Florida and served three years as laboratory instructor and adjunct faculty for undergraduate and graduate sciences in the same school. Still at Barry University, Dr. Rodriguez found his calling in the field of podiatric medicine and enrolled in 2010 to further his studies.

He graduated with a doctorate degree in podiatric medicine from Barry University. The same year, he matched for residency at Kendall Regional Medical Center for a rigorous 3 year program. He finished his post-graduate training in 2017. Having successfully completed a podiatric medicine and surgery residency with the added credential in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, he started his own practice. From 2017 to 2023, he worked in the same office as his father, a family physician in Miami, FL. Most recently, he had the privilege to practice in Bakersfield, CA. His career has focused greatly on trauma, wound care and limb salvage. In an era where diabetes has become rampant, Dr. Rodriguez aims to make a difference; one toe at a time.
