Interpretive Services


RMCHCS staff and providers want to communicate with patients effectively. Patients have the right to receive language assistance services. RMCHCS offers and provides language services at no cost to the patient. Services are available at all points of contact, in a timely manner and during all hours of operation. Patients will be asked about their preferred language for communicating health care needs. If a patient is in need of any language services, please notify an appropriate staff member.
