Family Medicine Provider - College Clinic
Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Clinic Operations, the Family Medicine Physician is responsible for providing comprehensive patient-centered care for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses to adult and pediatric patients in the outpatient setting. This position requires strong diagnostic, assessment and treatment skills as well as the ability to build relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:
Medical degree (MD, DO) from an accredited institution required
Successful completion of a residency program required
Successful completion of a fellowship program preferred

Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year experience in primary care preferred

Required Licensure/Certification(s):
Unrestricted New Mexico State Medical License
Federal DEA Certification
Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required. Expectation is Board Certification within two years of hire.
Current ACLS and/or BLS Certifications required
Current PALS Certification required, if treating pediatric patients
