Community Health Needs Assessment

Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services conducted a community health needs assessment during the period of May through October 2016 to determine the significant health needs of McKinley County as identified by members of the community.

In response to the community health needs assessment, the RMCHCS Board of Trustees adopted an implementation strategy with a focus on collaboration and partnerships with key healthcare entities in the region in order to best address the region's specific healthcare needs.
